The combination of juicy grilled chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy spreads ensures every bite is tasty and filling, while the wrap format keeps everything together for effortless eating.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 large tortilla wrap (whole wheat or flour)
  • ¼ cup hummus or mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sliced cucumbers
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar or feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch or balsamic dressing (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Chicken – Rub the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
  2. Grill It – Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until it’s golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
  3. Prepare the Wrap – Spread hummus or mayonnaise over the tortilla. Arrange lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, and sliced grilled chicken on top.
  4. Wrap It Up – Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly into a wrap.
  5. Slice & Serve – Cut the wrap in half and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce or a side of fresh fruit!
